Major Responsibilities

• Join engagement teams in conducting audit of financial statements of clients operating mainly in the banking and finance services sector
• Manage productive working relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
• Take ownership and responsibility for allocated works
• Perform the details work section
• Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence
• Discuss and update issue with team leader timely, proactively
• Support other team members to complete the engagement

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Economics, Commerce, Business, Finance, Law)
• ACCA/CPA designation would be viewed favorably

Knowledge/ Experience

• Experienced in a professional services/ corporate environment, working as external audit staff or senior, accountant, internal auditor, internal compliance controller especially with the financial institutions would be viewed favorably
• Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task
