1. Experienced level

You will be joining our team and participate in the followings

  • Financial Due Diligence (financial review and analysis)conduct financial due diligence review to support M&A transactions, either buyer due diligence or vendor due diligence to identify and report on financial and operational performance risks/issues that impact the transactions, including purchase price consideration, deal structuring or deal termination.
  • Business Valuation and Financial Modelling: Conduct comprehensive financial projection; perform desktop valuation using various valuation methods including DCF, market comparison. Valuation of special assets: options and intangibles
  • Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Services: Support in preparation of Teasers, Information Memorandum (IM), financial projections and Management Presentation; Support in buyer/investor and investment target identification and approach
  • Strategic and Risk Management Advisory: Assist in providing market entry assessment, feasibility study to for Go / No-Go decision to enter new markets: Market research, Competition Analysis, Risk Assessment, Key Success Factors and Considerations, Financial forecast and Business case building

 Qualifications/Skills

  • University degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Business, Finance field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Auditing, Securities, Investing, Internal Audit, Financial services. Strong level of English proficiency
  • Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge with business process flowchart presentation
  • Innovative, Energetic, and Eager to learn, A team player
  • Holding (or pursuing) one or more international qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.

  • Strong level of English proficiency
  • Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel

  • Holding (or pursuing) one or more international qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.

Overall role purpose: Working as part of the team to mainly assist in offshore-related advisory services including incorporation (licensing), advisory of the business structure under the guidance and instruction of the Director.

Key tasks: work under a Director’s supervision:

  • Assist in offshore incorporation services which are specialized information of a company in certain common jurisdictions such as BVI, Singapore, Hong Kong…
  • Study and keep updated the offshore regulations
  • Assist in writing the monthly newsletter and the offshore-related advisory report
  • Attend the meeting – internally and externally
  • Assist in the monthly administration report of the team.

Required Qualification/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Law/Foreign Trade or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 1-year’ experience in professional consulting/law/immigration firms
  • Fluency in English: speaking, listening, reading and writing;
  • Good skills in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Internet searching
  • Strong sense of client services mindset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
  • Giving pre-sales presentations for technology management consulting services;
  • Writing proposals for technology consulting engagements;
  • Undertaking information gathering at the client;
  • Research of international and local best technology practice;
  • Writing advisory reports and other advisory deliverables;
  • Leading the preparation and presentation of reports to clients;

Based in HCMC, travel to Hanoi or other locations as required

Qualifications and skills

– University degree in IT or business.
– At least 8 years work experience in IT/digital, at least 4 years as IT consultant/advisory
– Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Vietnamese.
– Expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Strategy advisory
  • Digital Transformation advisory
  • Digital/IT risk management
  • Digital/IT governance, familiarity with COBIT or similar standard
  • Digital/IT security

2. Fresh graduates and Junior level

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Consultant and Manager for Digital Advisory, lead the GT Digital Advisory team in securing and conducting digital advisory engagements.

Duties to include:

  • Arrangement meetings within the team and clients;
  • Preparing pre-sales presentations for technology management consulting services;
  • Assisting in preparation of proposals for technology consulting engagements;
  • Research of international and local best technology practice;
  • Supporting Senior Consultant to write advisory reports and other advisory deliverables;
  • Coordinating with the team in preparation and presentation of reports to clients;

Based in HCMC, travel to Hanoi or other locations as required.

Qualification and preferred skills

  • University degree in IT or business.
  • Some work experience in IT/digital and/or advisor/consultant.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Quick learner. Service-oriented.  Problem-solving mentality.

  • Support operations of accounting, tax filing and payroll;
  • Keep accurate records;
  • Execute the procedures assigned by manager and senior;
  • Submit deliverables within set deadlines;
  • Keep confidential records and tax information for clients;
  • Meets own objectives set.

Qualification and preferred skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/Banking or equivalent;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English;
  • Understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations;
  • Good at reading and following rules and regulations;
  • Good at Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues;
  • Ability to learn a new business application.

Overall Role Purpose: To work as part of a team, effectively and efficiently carrying out audit assignments.

Key tasks:

  • Completes audit procedures by following the audit program, audit manual, and the firm’s risk management policies and procedures, consulting with colleagues as necessary.
  • Reports any potential ethical breaches to in-charge seniors, managers, and partners, making suggestions of how to address them.
  • Assists with all aspects of the audit process, including planning, fieldwork, and completion.
  • Contributes to audit planning discussions to identify audit risks and understand the rationale for the audit strategy adopted.
  • Communicates any technical or administrative issues with senior team members where appropriate.
  • Develops good working relationships with client staff with whom you will have most contact; including being able to discuss accounting and auditing concepts clearly, logically, and consistently.
  • Is able to answer day-to-day audit queries from clients after getting consult with seniors, managers, and partners appropriately demonstrating good judgment.
  • Able to inform clients of new standards that will affect their business.
  • Addresses, researches and proposes firm conclusions in respect of technical and audit issues affecting the client.
  • Obtains an understanding of the client’s business and analyses client issues, reaching logical conclusions by applying theory to practice and appreciate the implication to potential audit issues.
  • Proactive in managing client expectations.
  • Maintains a credible and professional relationship with colleagues at all levels.
  • Willing to receive and capable of responding to constructive feedback – asks for and acts upon feedback from seniors, managers, and partners.
  • Ensures jobs are fully completed by agreed deadlines unless renegotiated with the senior/manager in advance.
  • Agrees time for each assignment in advance and is able to evaluate time spent in this context.
  • Exercises judgment as to whether audit work has been completed to an appropriate level.
  • Completes job evaluation after completion of the audit engagement

Required Experience/Qualification/Skills

  • University degree specialized in accounting and auditing;
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting and auditing standards, tax laws, and regulations
