JOB DESCRIPTION
PwC Vietnam’s dedicated Transfer Pricing team has extensive experience in assisting multinational companies and Vietnamese conglomerates manage their local transfer pricing risks and their local compliance requirements. We are looking for a candidate to join our Transfer Pricing Team in our Hanoi office. This role is open for fresher.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team which provides innovative transfer pricing solutions to our clients, including: the preparation and review of global, regional and local transfer pricing documentation, developing sustainable transfer pricing policies for a variety of business models, conducting benchmarking studies, risk assessment reviews, assistance in managing transfer pricing audits and facilitating Advanced Pricing Arrangement (APA) applications.
Specifically, the candidate will:
- Manage a client portfolio in diverse industries comprising multinational companies and Vietnamese conglomerates
- Demonstrate a passion for client service
- Undertake business development and thought leadership activities
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Strictly adhere to the firm’s policy on risk management and independence
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A undergraduate university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law
- Post-graduate qualifications highly regarded
- Excellent English and Vietnamese language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience at the same position will be highly regarded
- Inquisitive and eager to learn

A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.
Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.
