2. JOB DESCRIPTION
* Job purpose/ summary:
* Key Responsibilities and Critical Tasks:
– Prepare monthly, quarterly reports and submit to Cummins on time
– Work closely with accountant, review Journal Voucher before closing, highlight unusual transactions to FC
– Review draft reports, highlight unusual items to FC and follow up with necessary corrections.
– Be responsible for preparation of reports of financial results and forecasts to the Board of Directors and Cummins Corporate on monthly basis
– To help FC to perform a preliminary review of different kind of contracts (spare part, maintenance, repair, equipment…)
– In charge of sales incentives for salesmen in line with Sales Incentives Policy and submit to GM, FC for their approval before payouts
– Co-ordinate with Credit Control team and Sales team on AR collection
– Develop new tools/templates/processes to improve financial controls and business operations
– Improve report structure by LOBs, review LOBs’ performance by EBIT with separate and consolidated report (CDV & CDS)
– Assist FC in annual budgeting
– Assist FC to deal with Cummins Audit and propose corrective actions and follow up completion deadlines
– Set up procedure of recording, tracking and monitoring the work done by CDV for CDS
– Assist FC in setting up operational and accounting processes and procedures, pricing, payments terms, contract failures, operational and accounting system issues
– Be responsible for financial analyses on business proposals, cost reduction, business line profitability
– Lead cost-effective projects in inventory, logistics and warehousing management
– Review profitability and compliance of sales and service projects
– Monthly review balance sheet to work out and take actions for outstanding transactions to ensure accurate accounting in close coordination with Chief Accountant
– Provide support to Financial Controller for risk management, financial and business review, operational management, etc.
– Take charge of other assignments of company when needed, under supervision of direct Supervisor

3. JOB REQUIREMENT
* Education:
University Degree (Finance/Accounting)
ACCA, CPA is preferable
* Experience:
At least 5 years working experience. Comparable industry is preferable
Good listening, speaking, reading, writing English. Business writing skill
Very good computer skill (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
Strong at problem solving
Strong interpersonal skill
Negotiation & communication skill
Understanding of Foreign trade regulations
