POSITIONS

Chief Accountant

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection
  • Good planning and organizational skills, strong analytical skills and strong communications skills with different levels within the organization
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries from the business
  • Must demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behaviour throughout the organization
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility, possess self-initiative, able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach a common goal
  • Demonstrate strong and pragmatic business acumen
  • Strong team player and demonstrated problem solver
  • Understanding of computer driven process controls and enterprise resource systems in a manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
  • Willing to improve self / area / company (including pursing additional training, if needed)
  • The desire and ability to plan, organize and provide analysis in all phases of the accounting process to assure the facility has the tools needed to operate in an efficient & profitable manner
  • Sound judgment with the ability to make timely decisions

  • Fluent oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
  • Expertise in MS Office, advanced knowledge in Excel

Tax Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of Tax practices and procedures
  • Auditing or finance qualifications (preferred)
  • Managerial skills with the ability to manage compliance process and compliance staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential together with proven people development skills to support the development of the more junior staff
  • Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skill
  • Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills
  • Have good understanding others to build strong relationship within the organization
  • Enhance awareness of employee relationship management
  • Demonstrate independence, problem solving skills
  • Show excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Show ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Be willing to spend time reading and learning new things
  • Be proactive and results oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Law, Business, or related fields
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience in human resources field
  • Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in social and business communication at a minimum Business Level
  • Vietnamese nationality

Business Development Manager (RSM HCM)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Willing to travel extensively and work on holiday/weekend as demanded by business need
  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • Team player, adaptive/accommodative, communicating actively, participate in discussion, and bring-in new idea
  • Networker, well connected (customers, partners, headquarters)
  • Ability to motivate self and team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to develop and nurture effective business relationships
  • Experience in business development in professional services sector
  • Business negotiation and Client acquisition management
  • Awareness and ability to run/ coordinate marketing and branding activities
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, excellent project management, and good people management skills
  • Show strong market research, analytical and reports presentation skills
  • Strong social/technical, verbal and written communication skills
