ABOUT THE JOB |
Support the Country Manager (Vietnam) in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to boost engagement and sales in the international community through B2C and B2B channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
• Drive lead generation through cold calling, emailing, networking, and events to promote ISCA’s brand and offerings.
• Present products, negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
• Expand Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), managing their accreditation processes.
• Conduct presentations across various audience levels, from fresh graduates to senior staff.
• Identify and develop partnerships with tuition providers, educational institutions, and government agencies to grow candidate numbers and enhance program credibility.
• Meet sales targets, regularly reporting sales metrics and conversion rates.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS |
• Degree in Business or Marketing
• Diploma holders with B2B/B2C sales experience are welcome.
• 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (education sector experience is a plus).
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in the English language and proficient in the native language (occasional translation may be required for the launch of advertisements.)
• Strong interpersonal, research, analytical, and presentation skills.
