About this position: Masan Group Corporation is looking for a young and ambitious professional to join our Strategy & Development team

Expectation

• Support Strategy and Development team to execute transaction, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic partneship
• Work closely with operating businesses to develop both short-term business plan and long-term strategy
• A passion to develop a broader skill to develop into a business leader, not just deal execution

What you will be doing

• M&A, Capital Rasing and Strategic Partnership
  • Gather, analyze and intepret information for both company/industry-specific and macro-economics trends
  • Assist in the screening, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing process of all transactions
  • Create, update financial model
  • Prepare teasers, IM, deal memo
  • Liaise with business partners, acquired targets’ management and investors post deals
• Business Development
  • Support management teams at subsidiaries on building both short-term and long-term strategy
  • Work closely with management across business functions in building business model and financial planning on transformational projects

What do we expect from you

• At least 2-3 years of experience in one of the following sectors:
  • Leading FMCG / Retail business or fast-growing Technology firms
  • Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Investment Firms in both Private and Public domains
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with a data and fact driven mindset
• Result-oriented and strong ownership of your work
• Perform well under long working hour, pressure and tight deadline
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese
