Business Development & Marketing Manager
- Main responsibilities
- Support the Management Board (MB) in maintaining and enhancing good relationship with key clients
- Support in cross-selling activities intercompany and referrals inbound and outbound RSM networking
- Work with the MB to develop and execute sales strategies
- Approach and develop new relationship with target clients
- Proactively identify, pursue, negotiate and resolve any concerns to close target sales
- Participate with Partners in preparation of proposals and bidding
- Participate in chambers, working and maintaining good relationship with authorities, strategic business partners
- Join with the MB in planning and developing the sales strategies
- Contribute ideas to the business development activities of the Firm and Branch offices
- Participate with Partners to manage key clients and target
- Marketing and branding
- Conduct and analyze market research and client survey
- Be in charge of designing, producing Firm publications, news spotlight, brochures, flyers, promotional products as required
- Draft articles, press releases for the media, coordinate with the relevant teams for technical or other supports as required
- Initiate and implement Firm/client events to support business development (i.e.: organizing workshop, professional seminars, conference…)
- Fulfill requirements of RSM international on strategic sales and branding activities
- Enhance awareness and understanding of client on RSM Brand name and all services lines through strategic programs, campaigns, channels
- Report to the MB on the Business development and Marketing & branding activities performance on a monthly/fortnightly basis
- Desired competencies

- Show strong market research, analytical and reports presentation skills
- Proactive and result-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines

- Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant fields
- Have knowledge and experience in professional services
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business development
- Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Good at Japanese/Korean is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, and design
- Male preferred
Business Development Senior
- Main responsibilities
- Support the professional team of Japanese Business Services with the functions i.e. translation, coordination, answering the phone calls, correspondences from Japanese-speaking clients
- Participate with Partners or Business Development (BD) manager in preparation of proposals and bidding
- Prepare presentation materials, coordinate monthly BD meetings
- Participate in conducting and analyzing market research and client survey
- Provide support into research activities as required by the MB or Partners on an ad hoc basis for external presentations
- Coordinate with BD & Marketing team on participation in external events and functions
- Support in translating firms news spotlight, publications, flyers, brochures, promotional products and e-channel into Japanese language, coordinate with the relevant teams for technical or other supports as required
- Support the BD Manager in reporting to the MB on the BD and marketing activities performance on a monthly/fortnightly basis
- Support the BD manager in enhancing awareness and understanding of clients on RSM Brand name and all services lines through strategic programs, campaigns, channels
- Desired competencies
